I had an opportunity to attend Bollywood Workout sessions, both, on-line and face-to-face. I have to say, it was extremely enjoyable; not just because I am a great fan of Bollywood but the overall experience was very holistic and professional at the same time. Dance instructor/ facilitator was very enthusiastic and equally considerate about different ethnic backgrounds and physical fitness of an individual but still got everyone together in a way that all of us could enjoy. It felt like a breath of fresh air after Covid restrictions. More so, I could see myself making new friends too with the bunch of lovely people I met at the Bollywood Dance Workout session!
